BACKGROUND

Sameer Chhabria is a native of Lake Forest, Illinois and now resides in Chicago. Mr. Chhabria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston University. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law, where he was President of the Student Bar Association. Mr. Chhabria is licensed to practice law in the states of Illinois and passed the California Bar Exam in 2001.

Mr. Chhabria focuses his practice on estate planning and related business planning. He concentrates on the use and preparation of Revocable Living Trusts, Credit Shelter Trusts, Generation Skipping Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Personal Residence Trusts, Family Limited Partnerships, and Charitable Trusts.

EXPERIENCE

Mr. Chhabria has been practicing law since 1999 and he established the Law Offices of Sameer Chhabria in 2004. Mr. Chhabria is a frequent lecturer and trainer on estate planning and has taught estate planning to other attorneys, CPA’s, insurance professionals, and certified financial planners.

Mr. Chhabria attends numerous continuing legal education courses on various topics of estate planning. Committed to bringing his clients the finest estate planning advice and documentation possible, Mr. Chhabria has handled both simple and complex estate planning cases involving Trusts, Probate, Negotiations, Business Entities, and Charitable Organizations.
